At Happy Planner, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all planners and accessories are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
